Dave Lloyd is a senior partner and co-founder of ObjectSharp. He has 25 years experience in the IT industry designing and building software solutions for a large number of clients in varying industries. Dave is a seasoned project manager with a great deal of experience implementing process into development teams, from small and large ISV’s to in house development teams. Dave has also spent time during his career implementing test solutions for clients. Working with the most current automated test tools and implementing successful test environments. Dave brings to the table over 20 years of teaching experience.

Recent Projects

1. Dave is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for Team Foundation Foundation Server, and has been using Team Foundation Server since it was first in Beta. Dave taught the VSTS BootCamp across Canada for Microsoft. Since then Dave has helped many teams get the most out of VSTS/TFS.
2. Led a team of 11 Consultants, helping his client develop a Software Factory that allows their customers to design and run Automated Laboratories.
3. Led a team of 10 Developers, 3 Database Administrators and 4 Quality Assurance specialists. Dave was Architect and lead developer implementing an engineering data management system that is still used today for the International Space Station and Shuttle Remote Manipulator System (Canada Arm).
4. Responsible for the User Interface of a very large ERP system for the Pulp and Paper industry. Dave also designed and built modules for fulfillment planning, warehousing, shipping and load planning.
5. Designed and implemented projects utilizing the power of SQL Server Reporting Services. Extensive use of the SRS API and calling custom Dll’s from within a report. These are projects that explored the limits of SQL Reporting Services.
6. Designed and implemented an automated test framework for a government kiosk application that allows the user to register a business.
