Cancellation Policy

You may pay by cheque, VISA or MasterCard or Corporate Purchase Order Number. Payment is due prior to the commencement of the course unless other terms are negotiated. Please make cheques payable to "ObjectSharp Consulting". For all forms of payment, please include your name, course, course date and location. Your payment must be confirmed within 30 days from enrolment or 12 working days prior to the first day of the course, whichever comes first. If you enroll within 12 working days of the course, you must confirm payment within 24 hours. If you enroll within five days before the start date, you must confirm payment when you enroll.

Cancellation

A client may cancel their registration in a public scheduled course and be fully refunded all course fees provided more than 10 working days notice is given. Once within this time period a sliding scale of charges will apply as follows:

In the event that it is necessary for ObjectSharp Consulting to cancel or reschedule a course, we will endeavor to give a minimum 10 working days notice. In such circumstances a full refund or alternative dates will be available and all liability by ObjectSharp Consulting will be limited to the value of the original course fee.

Transfer

You may transfer the course booking to alternative dates and incur no additional costs provided the request is made in writing more than 10 working days in advance of the course commencement. Once within this time period a sliding scale of charges will apply as follows:

In the situation where a course is run exclusively for a customer - either at one of ObjectSharp's training centers, on a customer site or any other alternative venue - a transfer of course date must be received in writing more than 10 working days in advance of course commencement. No transfers are available for such courses within this period.
