Sharp Quality Assurance TestingHow many of your applications are properly tested BEFORE they go into production? As a result, how much time are you spending on maintenance vs new development?
Most IT groups do not have the number of qualified QA professionals they need to support their ongoing projects. As a result, many applications are forced into production BEFORE they have been thoroughly tested. As a result, users are often unhappy and development teams are forced to do more maintenance work than planned.

How it works
The typical SHARP QA TESTING assignment follows these 5 key steps:
- Project Definition: Review with Client to identify key application(s) to be tested, review Client’s project plan, onsite vs offsite activities, identify application requirements and development plan, entrance and exit criteria.
- Detailed Project Plan: ObjectSharp analyses application requirements, then develops detailed project plan, test strategy and time-line for review and sign-off by Client
- Test Case Development: ObjectSharp develops test script(s) to cover all application requirements
- Testing: from Client-supplied application builds, ObjectSharp runs all appropriate test scripts and gathers test results
- Test Analysis: ObjectSharp analyses results as well as reviews potential problem area(s) in the application(s) being tested (and/or the system software/hardware being used); ObjectSharp delivers its test results and recommendations to Client
- Next Steps: For each application build, ObjectSharp repeats the test runs and analysis until the target applications are completed and meets Client’s quality exit criteria
